My dumb ass tried to create a simple server/client using javascript.

I cannot upload generated images. It literally sends blobs of data instead.

JavaScript is fine if it's used to do what it was meant to do, which is to improve static HTML pages or add some AJAX functionality.
Problems started arising when increasingly more tracking, analytics and ad scripts were being introduced to websites.
Then it became even worse when web """devs""" started doing everything in JS, leading to extremely bloated websites that feel laggy even on a high-end computer. Now you have sites that won't even load if you have JS disabled.
