I can agree that our infrastructure is shit but the country has already spent over 50 billion dollars installing this so called world class internet and only 1/4 of the country is connected

Well a lot of that is shitty planning, and the fact you decided to save money by going with copper last mile infrastructure. Should've done full FTTP and be done with it. The half assing of the last mile is really what's going to hurt in the long term.

This all depends on your connection. Is this speed test done over wireless or wired? If wireless, what spectrum? If wired, is it cat 5 or newer cable?

Doesn't matter which deployment of fiber you have, aslong the company the same that jews you it will still jew you.

They can give you 1gbps, but will they? No why stress the network when you can milk the fags at lower speed, stress your infrastructure less and thus be able to no upgrade it for year to come., increase it in 10 speed bumps
