Meaning they will squeeze every benefit they can get out of the sole idea of them being minority on professional level, but personally they are pretty chill and actually comprehend the ideas they work with.
So you can strike a decent conversation with them on most tech related topics and you wouldn't be able to tell a difference.

More demanding and bitchy than men (same degree as in every other job on the market), but they don't actually stand out much either way in terms of their ability.
