It is safe on my side with all the pins and fingerprint locking plus other multiple security settings. But I still dont trust the company itself and how they manage my data, I have no idea. But I have no personal or financial logins saved there so I think I'll be fine.

I have been using it for a while now with a DB synced over nextcloud.
They have their own IME for better copy/pasting security which may be a little annoying (you don't have to use it though).
Also, Quick Unlock is nice.

Anybody here use KeePassX on KDE? It has this program "Klipper" which automatically records your last clipboard content.

I can't deactivate this program, and autotype doesn't work either. Isn't this a phenomal security risk?

How does a user-space program do memery protection? Even if it scramble memory during initialization, a program only needs to capture memory while you boot the program up to defeat the process it goes through to 'secure' memory.

Almost every modern general purpose Operating System does OS-level memory protection which is far more reliable. In anycase, far more eyes on EncrFS than some rinky dinky Keepass that nobody uses.

I've been using it since the same time frame I believe. I have only updated my masterpassword once when their server was hacked and usernames were leaked. But passwords themselves were safe and encrypted.

Still don't trust them with your sensitive and financial info.

I would strongly recommend Keepass(XC).
First of all, it's pretty handy since with a little help from chromelPass extension it can substitute LastPass.

Secondly, Argon2 key deprivation algorithm was implemented in recent release of keepass.
It is considered to be secure against attacker with ASICs.
