Hello, /csg/. Azerbaijan Air Mail worker here.
Please don't worry about your packages. We take our job very seriously, so we manually check every item to make sure they will satisfy our customers.
After initial tests (performance, build quality, comfort) in different environments (outdoors, in the pub, in the sauna), we will send them to you right away.

The catch is on the pic. The mobo was working before this happened.

repairing pins on a cpu is a lot easier but it can be done, with some patience, on the socket

the question is whether the price difference between that and a working version of the mobo is worth the hour(s) of frustration you're going to have trying to straighten out some pins, if you can even do it
>>
Can someone help me find a 3 port wall charger that actually works? Preferably with QC certification.
Most brands have some worrisome reviews with people saying it doesn't deliver and that they're slow.
Is there a good one to buy?
>>
>>62047140

Working mobo costs at least twice that much. Or three times the price but with cpus and coolers.

The problem is that I don't have much money to begin with. I've repaired cpu pins before and the price difference is totally worth my time. The real question is whether this DIY stuff is feasible or I should hire a professional to repair it.
>>
>>62047164
the problem is they'll list a rating like 2a but all the ports will draw power from that shared 2a pool so even if it has multiple sockets it's basically worthless, I've been looking for a 2x2a charger for years to no avail
sorry I can't be much help, I can only strongly recommend that if you do buy one don't buy a cheap one
>>
Any graphics tablets recommendations? I heard Huion was nice.
>>
>>62047188
it definitely can be done, from a quick search:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1fkioojsxX8

the only issue would be needing the required tools some good tweezers or a very small flathead screwdrives and definitely some good magnification, and if you are that low on money and the mobo is a dud even if the pins are repaired you'll be out $23
>>
>>62047240
I have a 20x magnifier and tiny flathead screwdrives, so I might be closer to the solution than I thought. Thanks for the link and the info.
>>
>>62047202
That's exactly what I thought. I'm a electrical engineer and I thought the more expensive ones would have all the circuitry needed to deliver the same current for all ports.
Well, that makes me me wonder if I'm paying more expensive just for the branding because there are tons of cheap ones compared to Orico and external build quality is easier to do than proper circuitry, for example.

Thanks, I was looking for them as well but I was looking for a basic look for the controller, hence just a brushed metal sticker (and some gold buttons I'll post whenever they'll arrive).
Case-wise I found nothing that was simple and would've fit;
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Bronze-Limited-Edition-Top-Front-Shell-Case-R-and-L-Handle-side-cover-Shell-for-Xbox/32791928467.html was nice, but would not be not fitting with the golden buttons and this sticker that I had already order. Maybe only with the sticker. I do have another controller with a cracked shell and a missing back grip so it might not be the worst idea ever, but it would also need replacement buttons.
And a battery cover, since it's been missing for a long time now.

$4 for one battery cover... I mean I found some that are cheaper anyway, thanks. I might fix the second controller as well at that point, only issue being I don't have any reason to as I don't really have friends - maybe just as a backup but a backup would imply me just swapping the parts between the two controllers anyway so I could just swap the chassis to begin with. Thanks a lot for the heads up though.

I had an argument with someone about polyester underwear and water absorption. Turns out I was right. Bought some polyester underwear and cotton underwear. Put a wet patch of water where my balls sit or just a bit above it at around 2pm, when it got into bed it was gone, I had forgotten about it.
Today I tried polyester undies and guess what, its still wet at the bit where my balls sit. Of course I cant see the wet patch right now as with the cotton undies but I can still feel moisture in the inside. Not the outside. The moisture is trapped inside, which is what my argument was.
Therefore people who wear polyester underwear are unhygenic and could cause yourself health issues If you wear them for longer than a day.

Depends what for. I use them for shit where going on Ali and picking the cheapest is likely to result in getting chinked with a counterfeit. Their customer service is also better than Gearbest's in my limited experience of both, but neither are as buyer-friendly as Ali.

I got these for a while, might as well review them

ZS3s - sound good, a bit too bassy, feel comfy at first but they're a bit too heavy and start slipping out of my ear, not enough to fall out, but you can hear they're not seated correctly and having to push them in every couple of minutes is annoying. Also the right one started making crinkly sounds when I put them in/ readjust them

W1PROs - okish sound, pretty light and fairly comfy, use them fairly often while I'm out listening to podcasts and at work sometimes when I forget to bring my ear plugs

kz cases - pretty good, no problems with the zipper, the plastic emblem is mounted with wire that is bend inside, covered with a bit of glued fabric, still feels pretty sharp though so buy ones without it

Whoa, that's dead for sure, unless you can find somebody to find out the resistance values and can solder resistors on that shit. My friend has a radeon hd 6870 which has exactly ONE black resistor and all the others are brown. If the black is a previously brown which has burnt out, that may be the reason why the gpu outputs shit. We don't have anybody who can repair that gpu :(

Posting one more time, any anons order an ultralight pack like pic related? How is build quality / comfort?
>>
>>62050770
I took the most expensive option with every part. There are cheaper controller, case, and handle versions.

- Controller (STM32 with big OLED): 23.11 €
- Alu case: 10.85 €
- Handle: 8.54 €
- Tip (fake T12-BCF1): 2.81 €
- 72W power supply: 8.83 €
- Power cable no idea
= 54.14€

All from different sellers on Ali. Which was a mistake because there are slight incompatibilities (I had to change the handle wiring for example).

> using savings to pay rent

I used to be on a tight budget years and years and years ago.

You need to cut back on your expenses and increase your income.

Do anything that will generate some revenue in your spare time. Do anything. Be creative.

And stop buying anything that you do not literally need for survival. Just don't. If it's not food or shelter or clothes are good enough to keep you warm then you don't need it. You do not need any "chink shit" and you also do not need to spend time in this thread or on 4chan in general.

You can get out of the hole.

I did. My current situation is somewhat different. Now I own my home, I have zero debt and I have more than enough money to buy anything I want. Oddly, I've already done that so I don't really spend that much anyway. But I am in a situation where I can waste some time here and buy some random thing I see, it's not like I would even notice if I waste $10 or $100 on something. You're clearly not at a point where you can blindly waste money on luxury items. And as I said, if you don't need it to survive then it's a luxury. You really should take my advice. So many aspects of your life are better when you have enough saved up to pay your bills the next 20 years.

Not the same anon but I can give you a review of that mouse.

It's a cheap very standard mouse out of China that comes in a few variants like the one I have and this one,

https://www.aliexpress.com/item/New-2-4Ghz-Mini-portable-Wireless-Optical-2000DPI-Adjustable-Professional-Gaming-Game-Mouse-Mice-For-PC/32482022806.html

It's available under a ton of "different" brands and there's also variants of the shell but the buttons and the sensor and board inside will be the same. There's two buttons on top, mouse wheel button and two on the side. There is also a "DPI" button on top which changes the acceleration (supposedly DPI). It has a on/off button on the bottom and it uses two standard batteries AAA that you will have to change from time to time.

It should be priced at $4-5.

The mouse is just fine. It works fine, it's responsive.

There is just one very big problem with it: It's small if you have big hands. It's not tiny, just regular typical off the shelf mouse sized. If you're a manlet with small hands and feet then it's probably fine. If you're 6'4" then you'll want a bigger mouse. I use mine on my laptop and bring it along when I travel and it's fine for that usage but I think only manlets would want to use it as a "daily driver" mouse.

Which kind of chinkshit can I buy that will improve my overall quality of life? I thought about the Mi Band 2 because of the sleep tracking and waking up features, but I'd like more ideas.
For example, a Mi Powerstrip will certainly also be a improvement because of the automatization and USB ports.

Any other ideas?

The one I have specifically is this one,

https://www.aliexpress.com/item/high-school-dxd-mouse-pad-best-700x300mm-gaming-mousepad-gamer-mouse-mat-sexy-pad-keyboard-computer/32765268446.html

..but there's plenty of others just like it. There is a standard "Big mousepad" type made of rubber that's sold with a huge variety of pictures on it. I got the 700x300mm sized one but there's also 800x300mm and 900x300mm and 800x400mm variants.

They usually cost about $10-15 depending on store and size.

A cool little tip is that all these stores can make custom prints for about the same price if you send them a high-quality image file. I haven't done this myself but I asked the seller I bought from about this and apparently it's no problem.

I chinked myself a little with this, I spent too long looking at the review pictures and not at the sellers ones.
Review pictures have lockable legs and a notch in the tilt adjustment to allow the camera to look straight up or down. The one I received has neither, but does match the photos the seller shows so its my own stupid fault.

I bought a Eleaf iCare Mini out of curiosity and its surprisingly good for a compact vape. I'd say its perfect for baby's first vape because there isn't anything to fuck up, there are no tools needed for disassembly and no buttons on it. But its hard to clean and it's easy to burn if you're an impatient fucker and don't let the e-juice soak the cotton properly. If you change juices or stop vaping for a prolonged period of time you have to buy new cotton cartridges at about $1.50 each.

If you're not trying to get off cancer sticks don't bother with vapes, it's a stupid gimmick and I feel like a big fool for buying it. There's no nicotine rush and all I did was make everything around me smell vaguely like strawberries.

I bought it at ((gearbest)) for about $8, I think it was on flash sale.
>>
>>62056340
My advice: Just get something good like the Audio-Technica AT2020USB. It just works and it'll sound great and you don't have to screw around with phantom power and soldering and all that (I see many recommending modding their BM-800).

A good studio quality USB microphone will probably set you back around $150. I think it's worth it. Perhaps you don't. I do know that it'll give you something that just works.

so the pdf should be updated to replace the h22 with the h8

My Spyderco Para2 replica came in today. I lost my real Para2 during one of the hikes I did this summer and missed it a lot.
This replica is as good as the real thing. I actually have incredibly hard time telling it apart. It's sharp as fuck, solid, and the lockup is perfect. All the markings, and even the box, are exactly the same. What an amazing purchase for $15!

pretty expensive for 10000 mAh, 10-15 would be a deal
>>
>>62058266
No. But check this guy's store. He has tons of knives.

BTW, all these pictures in seller's shop are censored and Spyderco is not mentioned anywhere because Ali's crackdown on fakes. he doesn't even show the Spyderco logo anywhere. But the knife you get will have them and will be exactly the same as the real thing.

Search for Spyderco knives by their name without Spyderco... otherwise, you'll get zero results because Ali blackholes them.

Powerbanks are a kind of item it's pointless to order from China.

A few 10000 mAh ones are on sale for 9.99$ and a 20000 mAh one for 14.99$ locally right now. They are usually priced similarly or cheaper locally.

I don't know about you girls but I buy chink shit if and when it's half the price or even less compared to local prices.
