I disassembled an external hard drive to use internally. But I can't see my hard drive

I opened up disk management tool and ran disk part in cmd but I haven't been able to find information on how to view my drive.

try to find it in the bios/uefi. Then try another sata port and cable etc. check to see if you have power going to it. There should be two cables connected to it.
