1. Boot in safe mode for your version of windows. Do whatever it tells you. If it boots fine follow the rest. Otherwise find a way to get a bootable USB for a windows ISO

2. Install malwarebytes, avast, ccleaner, defraggler and run them

3. Boot normally and hopefully whatever you did is undone. Otherwise you'll have to reformat with a USB.

If you have a stubborn worm that replicates itself and is a pain to remove, it's much easier to boot to a usb, view the antivirus logs and delete the files manually.

If you can't get into safe mode to backup your stuff, I have another option. Make a bootable Ubuntu MATE Thumb drive. 8GB is plenty. Boot it up and see if you can locate your files. DONT INSTALL ANYTHING! Back up your stuff to an external HD or whatever you're using. Hope that helps anon.
