Intuos pro m would go well with your laptop. It's pretty expensive though

Just use inkscape, drawing tablets are a meme. Once you go vectorized you can never go back especially if you mostly draw cartoons.

Buy the laptop that has touch sensetivity, you can draw on it like paper, unlike a tablet

Sell/return your laptop and buy a surface pro if you want to draw on the screen itself

i've used huion and wacom productively.

both fine.

huion's much cheaper, won't buy wacom again unless prices drop. quality is comparable.
