ah, ok. well, if it's for short term, there is a site which lists university vpns from all around the world, no phishing or ads. don't remember the name of the site, but you'll probably find it through a search engine

if long term, you can set up your own vpn in azure, amazon or w/e, for free if you have a license throught work/uni
