Just plus it in via USB and transfer. If you have a decent phone and use USB 3 it won't take an hour.

I transferred 100+ GB to my phone's memory card via USB with the card still in the phone recently and it took less than an hour.

that is what i am doing m8. But MTP transfer is slow af if you don't have external SDcard. Look it up. But adb push is doing a great job. It's almost complete.
