taxes/customs depend on how obviously it's packaged, if it's listed as a $2 toy and part of the packaging exposes that it's a new computer then they're going to tear you a new asshole in taxes/custom fees but if it's listed as a reasonable price (say, $80) and customs get their fee anyway they probably won't give a shit about finding out the correct value
