Is there a writing system designed to be maximally machine readable? Like QR codes, but which can be written easily by humans?
Pick related is the opposite of this.

Couldn't machines theoretically be better at recognizing handwriting than humans?

I meant glyphs that you can write in pen on notebook paper
But machine readability is an arbitrary criterion because we make the machines.
I could make a machine that finds Pinyin written vertically in green ink to be maximally readable. I could also make one that does capitalized Latin characters in black and white. You're not asking a very meaningful question because the way these systems are coded are meant to do the best with the sort of input they expect, not the other way around.
