Some people say it's god tier while others claim it's placebo autism tier.

It's fine. Forked long ago it's mostly it's own thing now. Plenty of important extensions have been ported and are on the website itself. Still supports the occasional firefox plugin. Biggest concern is the user agent.
When confronted about browser fingerprinting one of the devs gave the ol' "If you aren't breaking the law you shouldn't worry about security" run around
Its shit and outdated. Firefox 57 is the best

best browser created. Anyone that disagrees is a retard.

Explain? Also would a user agent spoofer be enough to deal with the issue?

lol, you do listen more schoolkids on 4chan who want to show off using something unusual fighting against imaginary SJW-botnet. The major browsers are Chrome and Firefox and they're the best, the other browsers are queer and kinky.

So QupZilla?

Pale moon is exactly what Firefox would be if Mozilla didn't lose their goddamn minds and blindly follow Chrome. The only major missing features are dubiously secure standards like webrtc, and major decisions are always put to a community review and vote. It's a rather nice browser, and absolutely a solid competitor to thd big three.

It depends on your use case.

I jumped to Palemoon when FF decided to release 10 versions in one month or something stupid like that, throwing many of my uncommon extensions for a loop.
Except for the user agent battle which they conceded, it's mostly fine now.

t. fucking everyone here these days

I switched years ago because their shitty browser had severe bugs that they would not or could not fix. Looking at the bug reports, I could see how fucking incompetent they were and gtfo. Pale Moon did not have those issues because the dev actually knows what he's doing.

hot argument, my good sir. installing pale moon right away thanks to you.
