You could map the girls who are in your town and said it on her profile or public post, or said they went to X highschool in your town or work at X in your town.

If im not mistaken, the Facebook api wont let you even get information from your own friends since v2.0 (we are at v2.10 now). I really doubt the api would be of any use for what you're looking to do. Maybe code a program that would search for every user in your hometown and then crawl every profiles. Then again, the 5km restriction seems hard to implement. Maybe add a criteria to your search (i.e workplace or school they go to).
