>>61930674
No lol, not in the slightest. My SanDisk SSD failed on me after 12 months of very light service in a well cooled, well ventilated environment. Not even a warning - whole disk just flaked and died. Now it's not recognised by any BIOS or caddy I plug it into. Piece of crap - I had a refurbished OCZ drive I bought four years ago and it's still going strong.

if that were a samsung SSD 960 M.2 2TB then I would be jelly.
I had one of those fail on me just earlier today after only 18 months of use.
I'm getting a warranty replacement and then immediately flipping that for a Samsung. Sandick isn't worth it.

>Jokers: the post
There's only two manufacturers. Either HGST or Seagate
Samsung and Sandisk are under seagate which means your drive fails in under 5 years although sandisk holds few patents the problem is it's just as bad as kingston now due to outsourced rebrands (low chance of being originally made by real sandisk).
>>61930736
Lol another joker. Transcend is actually a sub of samsung. If you don't believe me try opening up a fresh SSD/HDD anytime and face the facts
>>61931002
That's nice. You could donate an extra for animu encoders/seeders. Anyway this anon's way is the right choice.
Either you buy enterprise bundle or get phased out racks.
Still better than consumer SSDs even with greater write cycle and no warranty (better do a raid and use some super computing file system and OS and a proper cooling and seismic proofing too)
>>61930674
nice legs you flaming faggot

>>61930674
Actually no, because I got a better one :P
>>61933286
From the M500 onwards they are pretty good. My two M500 at work are at about 50tb written and more than 600 power loss events and going strong so far. I put a bunch of MX300 on a lot of family/friends PCs and no problems too.
What about the Samsung evo series? Did any of those die on you /g/?
>>61930674
Have fun with your 111.7 GB!
>>61934992
I have a Samsung SSD 840 (the original version, without "Pro" or "Evo") 240GB and it still goes strong after 35TBW
>>61930733
As long as we’re waving e-peens I’ve got 2x1TB 850s, a 500GB NVME Linux/VM disk, and a 250GB SSD for Windows in my desktop; a 120 in my server, and 500GB NVMEs in both laptops.
>120gb
>upto 530MB/s
After 1TB has been written to it, it's read speeds will be <220MB/s and it's write will be 80MB/s
