Once the liquid nitrogen absorbs heat and vaporizes, you'd need to collect the gas, and pressurize and freeze again. In simple terms, the liquid nitrogen itself is a useless intermediary, if you have a cryo-chamber you'd rather put the PC in there (it is retarded though, most parts in a system can't handle those temps)

But sure, we could put liquid nitrogen in a LIQUID cooling loop. We could even use the heat of vaporization to cycle between liquid and gaseous nitrogen. Just keep changing phase to provide cooling.
