a hard way is when you manage all your chroot-containers by yourself and you're using native X with framebuffer
a VERY hard way is when you install any GNU/Linux distro directly to your phone, replacing your Android ROM or using an sd card
an easy way is when you just download Linux Deploy (or any other GUI manager for chroot containers) and using it with droidVNC or XServer XSDL
