Noob manjaro user here. I'm looking to achieve this look. I've downloaded openbox window manager, but I havn't found any settings to achieve this look. I'm currently using KDE, is this look possible to achieve? If so how.

You need the i3 window manager for manjaro. Here is a tutorial to help you out.

no bully, but next time, rather than making a new thread that will inevitably get <=15 replies and die off, you should ask these sort of questions in threads pertaining to them, such as:
* /sqt/ : >>61887960
* /fglt/ : >>61873132
* /wg/'s desktop (or *fetch) threads: (i.e) >>61873132
* The occasional /g/ desktop/fetch thread
I'm sure you probably knew this already, but it's good to enact on that knowledge, lest you disregard that information. Remember: the broader the brush, the more unified the board.
owo desktop thread?
Is there a point in using manjaro over arch or even antergos

Seeing as it's Arch based perhaps /lgbt/ would be a better place to ask.

You can do that with KDE. Set up your taskbar with the right fonts, then right click on taskbar, choose Alternatives>Icons-only Task Manager.
Open konsole, right click on the top bar, More Actions, choose special settings>Appearance & Fixes>No Titlebar.
Set up a gay ass font in konsole so you will go blind by squinting within a few months, set a paedo picture as your desktop background.
