Those have issues with displays. There's some liquid between between lcd and touch panel that supposedly reduces glare but shit starts to leak after 2-3 years leaving horrible bubbles all over screen.
There are normal Chinese replacement screen available tho for not much money.
Getac/Mitac and so on, replacement parts are insanely expensive. Chinese batteries started to appear but that's about it, hdd caddy is still >$100.
Panasonic is still the cheapest choice but expect to pay Toughbook tax 2-3x the Thinkpad price for same spec.
