I don't know if any /g/ents do (you can see their attitude here), but I do. However I'm pretty cynical about anyone using the word "blockchain" in earnest. Almost nobody really needs a distributed transaction ledger with those semantics.

Is your friend Zooko? Because I mean technically that's what Zcash does, but existing zk-SNARKs are kind of heavy. There's a few ideal lattice-based schemes that you could use and that are faster, but they can be a bit on the big side and whether they are post-quantum is not an entirely settled question.
