Is there a tracker for "conspiracy theory" type material, like high quality evidence videos/photos/recordings and various leaks?

These things are some of the hardest to find in good quality. Youtube is full of it, but it's often compressed to death. I was thinking this would actually be a good idea for a tracker.
Not necessarily "conspiracy" at all costs, but in general just evidence material that is often also withheld from the public/censored etc. Or maybe hobby documentaries.
I think this would be good for a tracker because while it's possible to share such stuff via P2P, it can be hard to find and you need to guess the right keywords, while a tracker could just bring together all such related things.
