Guts bread fresh out of the oven edition
My rig, yes I know the GPU isnt plugged in, I have better pictures I need to get off the camera, but they'll still be out of date, since I'm upgrading tonight
>tfw mad crazy craigslist deals let you make money off of upgrading
Heats ink is the thermalright true spirit direct 140. Got it 40 bucks, performs between a h5 and a nh-d15
It is now, just hadn't finished routing cables when I took that picture
I like your build except for the bottom fans that have so much shroud to them. Haven't seen that one before.
GPU just arrived earlier today, pumped as fuck
Built the other week for a customer ignore the protective film.
Disgusting windows users
To do what any normal person does while maintaining some sort of self dignity at least
You must be joking right? Fucking inbred twats
Are these cases actually good?
You'd think that the fact that it's pulling air from the bottom, where the space is restricted, would be less effecting than having the whole thing horizontal with a lot of space in front of the fans.
IM GONNA DO IT
IM GONNA BUY FRACTAL DESIGN'S NEW COMPUTER CASE
Not OP but that looks like the Silverstone fortress FT-05B
Only just started building this, but I'll post anyway
here they are , the guts of my beast
because silverstone was the one who started it. And the don't own the patent as >>61821422
shows. They're simply the ones who made it mainstream. It's what silverstone cases are known for.
what video card is that? What clocks? And maybe you should consider a new case anon.
R9 290 , stock volts 1100/1250 , reference card
pic shows new case , new gpu (R9 Fury)
Never posted a guts before.
If anyone's thinking about getting a MasterBox Lite 3.1 because it's hella cheap, don't. It has shit drive space and literally no space for cable management. I'll probably get a Meshify C soon.
sold the 290 for 300
bought a fury for 60 , another one for 230 (in the mail) they will both be waterblocked so it does not matter if they are missing a shroud , also fun fact , the fury in the pic is passive cooled , works well up to 800mhz thanks to case airflow (peak temp 85c)
look at my pic >>61821667
and rotate that fan on your ryzen cooler , its 4 screws and so worth it
Two 3.5" bays and one 2.5" mount on that shitty cage, literally nothing anywhere else. The shitty drive was a spare from an old laptop to tide me over. I was going to order a couple storage drives, but now I gotta waste money on a not-shit case because I was dumb.
I'll check it out next time I get into my case, thanks for the tip.
My FT03 pulls air from the bottom and the bottom of one side. Airflow is great. It's raised up a bit and not flat on the floor.
thick heatsink. I like it. Nice and compact, too.
Theres no point in getting an AIO when a good air cooler will cool just as well while being quieter.
Custom loops, on the other hand, do offer more performance, but are expensive and require actual effort to setup.
