Is CCleaner the best cleaning tool for WinJEWS? If it isn't,

the best cleaning tool for winjews is the installation program for another OS. All of them are efficient and most of them are easy to use too. Would totally recommend.

I use to use it quite a lot, but recently I've just been using the built in Disk Cleaner and Optimize Drives. Disk Cleaner when cleaning out 'system files' cleans out a lot more than CCleaner than with most things selected

You don't need a USB to install an OS. You can make a bootable partition as an installation medium. As in, you can reserve the 2-5GB of space on your SSD/HDD and unpack the iso into it and then choose to boot from that partition which will lead you to the OS installer. Basically, you "make a USB" within your main storage disk.

Because it datamines the user, w10 has a keylogger and breaks your privacy, it has NSA backdoors, etc. If any other piece of software did this it would be classified as malware so the OS is in fact malware, people just ignore it.
