>how to i dial up?
get a telephone line and pay for internet service on it
>still possible?
I know many people living out in the country here in America that use dial up.
>who here \g/ dial up?
I am plebeian, but not that plebeian
Also if we're talking about mailboxes instead of dialup Internet access, there are quite a handful still existing in North America.

oh, I recognize that Modem.
I had acatly that model. Good times. Used it to get my CRT a little higher :^)
>>61780569
that's not how it works
>>61780569
yes, if the number is from your ity and the phone company offers free call locally and the ISP provides free access
no, if the company charges local calls or you are dialing abroad and/or the ISP charges for the service
I used dial up through AT&T at a remote location, but stopped in 2010 because the lines got damaged in a fire.
Can't see why it wouldn't work today.
Thank you everyone for you're positive replies!
