It sounds like your describing running a tor service on your machine and tunneling an ssh connection through tor to a raspberry pi, where you would also have a tor proxy running where you would browse the web "just for shits and gigs"

but its much simpler just to run a tor proxy on your local machine to browse anonymously.

or even run a tor proxy on the pi and normal ssh to it and browse from the pi. btw, that will require xorg on the pi and the -X flag when you ssh from your machine

you describing tunneling an ssh connection to a pi, which will have sshd listening on whatever port you configure it to. it will not be 'listening on tor'.

once youve tunneled to the pi you will use its local tor proxy to once again tunnel where you need to go.
