If it's an official upload (not some 2002 mp3 slapped to movie maker) and you use youtube-dl with best source track and only extract audio, not transcode. Then should be fine.

If you use youtube-dl from package manager on some distro that does not update it for months (Ubuntu, Mint, ...), you can see that Youtube breaks their API every single week. Youtube-dl reacts very quickly.
Installation with pip also works.
