Try updating the drivers.

So it does happen elsewhere? First port of call, update your drivers. If you're still having the issue then check your graphics card is properly secured and all cables are firmly connected, try other cables if you can.

I am 90% sure it is a VRAM failure ; chunks of memory not working correctly anymore.
Only fix i know is to change your graphics card.
Try updating drivers, first, but i really have few hopes.
this is a chrome bug, the exact thing happens to me on a radeon 460 and a colleague of mine on a geforce 750, both on windows 10. it only happens on chrome once every 2 weeks or so and that shit disappears after you scroll or refresh the page
