I plan to use them in my home casually or in my garden or in some park where it doesn't matter. I can't stand headphones all of the time.

When defined in terms of accurate sound reproduction, possibly.
However, I experienced quite a difference in quality between most /csg/ tier stuff and the stuff usual "mobile" gear suppliers like Phillips, Creative, Bose or whatever provide, because they have so much experience cheating with the EQ.
