Almost all do. Except the default Windows one.
Defragmentation is going extinct soon anyways with SSDs and HHDs only being used in storage boxes/server/shares that already use a filesystem that does not fragment like this.

Any drive that can hold Windows 2000 would take longer especially with such fragmentation.
