Which one does /g/ hate more, systemD or the Windows Registry?

something everyone uses daily
>windows registry
something not even windows users touch

Windows Registry is worse. You can't change it and it's the single biggest point of failure in that crap OS.
Systemd can be replaced with something else and in the case it fails you can easily rescue the system by booting with a different init (because, you know, you can have as many inits installed as you want, it's literally a single parameter passed to the kernel at boot that determines which one to use).

systemd is a well designed white software
windows registry is indian poo code

Other way around.

I think there's more hate for Systemd, but it should be focused on the Registery. That piece of shit needs to die
The registry is one of the greatest tragedies in Tech history
Systemd works fine its just botnet
fuck the registry. even as a teenaged gaymur I immediately realized that letting every installed program fuck up a core functionality of your OS is dumb as fuck.
Why does /g/ hate windows registry? How else would you store all the settings?
>>61759001
As config files in the executable's location?

>What is appdata
>What is a .ini file
>What is Program Data
There are already three fucking places for the data to go, the Registery hive adds a fourth

On Linux you'd be patching several files in /etc.
