Do you think that unicomp keyboards are worth it or should I get a real IBM model M?

Just get a used model M
I have two, $40 total investment

The pointing sticks on the Unicomps suck. I had a Model M13 which I broke when I spilled water on it. I replaced it with a Unicomp because the M13 was the only full black model and as a result had printed key caps rather than dye sub key caps. The first Unicomp I got had a broken pointing stick, the replacement they sent me did work although it moves to the upper right significantly slower than in the other directions.

Been using mine for more than a year now, and it's going strong. Nothing broken or loose. Never gave me an issue.
My Unicomp Model M is the Classic though. I have no idea about the others, but I don't think they can just fuck this up. Shipping might, however. This one I'm using came in a somewhat torn box, and the keyboard was loose inside.
I blame that one on USPS though. UPS is just a few bucks more (at least it was for me) but I cheaped out, and ultimately paid the price. It's a great keyboard.

Get a Unicomp if you want more key rollover and don't want a keyboard covered in 20 years of sperm.
Get a Model M if you're cheap and want muh vintage aesthetic, and slightly better build quality.
For regular use, get the Lexmark-IBM production models that are mid-90's. They're usually no cheaper than $100.
They have drainage channels for fair typical use, compared to IBM's self-manufactured models and all Lexmark M keyboards produced before 1993.

No, none of this shit is worth it. It's all a meme.
