When all apps are closed and none are in use it cools down completely but heats up again quickly when one app is open (even if only the camera). Tried rebooting and this has not fixed the issue. Thing is, I've experienced this before with a previous new iPhone 7 (iOS 10.1.1) straight out of the box while setting up the new iPhone back in November and got it exchanged to the current one at the store, but now my warranty is gone and they want $300+. Is my iPhone going to explode?!

Sell that iToy and buy a OnePlus 5. Always cool when charging and it's the fastest charging phone on the market.
