A guy I work with does this because he thinks I.T. spys on us through our laptop webcams. One day when he was away, I peeled the tape off the cam and constructed a little paper bracket and attached a small picture of my co-worker to it. I then carefully adjusted the rig (making sure to keep the picture in focus), and taped it to the laptop. The guy thought it was hilarious and left it that way for months.
