Would be a good idea an modern operating systems that has an integrated language interpreter built in by standard?
Not something "obscure", but a regular application akin to your text editor or paint, that is designed to be easy to code for foremost?

So what, something like what the MSX did with basic?

BASH or a shell like it already is standard on most OS'. Windows has PowerShell.
Obviously many people still use Python and so many other languages, but what you're asking for is solved already anyhow.
That's what an operating system does, anon.

I mean something easier and more "retarded" than python, that pretty much any regular schmuck could use to automate shit, and that well comes as a standard in some simple to use guishit.

Again, that is BASH or PowerShell. Python etc. can, too, be used by any regular schmuck.
It won't get easier than that, no.
And regardless, the ACTUAL approach for lazy schmucks is Android. They don't want to understand enough to sysadmin or automate computers, so that's the thing to give them..

Like AppleScript?
TempleOS and Emacs has that
Powershell does everything of what you ask for.

This.
