Well I'm a open who's only read a few books on the subject and never had to deal with the issue just read about it.
You try fucking with your secure boot and power settings? Maybe the power saver or low power modes are fucking with something. And I know SecureBoot on laptops is one of the biggest issues with Linux booting. Just turn off secure boot and set it to full power and see what the dealio is
