Why are all these "bezel less" phones moving the fingerprint scanner to the back? Why the fuss over under the screen scanners?
Why not just put the god damn scanner in the god damn mother fucking power button?
a vega thread died for this

Retard. One on the back and one on the front would be ideal.
>>61655883
You say that like it's a bad thing.
>>61655976
not sure how I could've implied that Im actually happy about that, but I am
>>61655878
it was obviously overlooked
bezels...
they're not a real issue, are they?
or am I out of touch?
>>61656094
Bigger screen, smaller phone.
What's not to love about smaller bezels?
>>61656352
They make the phone more fragile, and there's little space for useful shit like front facing speakers, hardware buttons etc.
>>61656352
the S8 has too much screen, I think
that or it's too big
>Why not put the scanner in the power button?
But the Xperia X series did, anon.

>Why not just put the god damn scanner in the god damn mother fucking power button?
Because a lot of the power buttons are too small to have a fingerprint scanner without having to swipe your finger rather then just place it on.
>>61656424
They're not bezeless though.
>>61655878
Sony already puts the fingerprint scanner on the power button.
Or better yet, why not get rid of the fingerprint scanner?
>>61655878
>using fingerprint scanners
There is no reason to. It's a gimmick, it's less secure than a passcode and you are signing away your biometric data to either jews or chinks (probably both). I prefer them on the back as it's easier to ignore.

>people like this exist
Hahahahaha hahaha
>>61657347
Police can force you to unlock a phone with a finger, but can't do that with a passcode.
>>61657155
>>61657459
I don't even care about muh privacy or muh jews, I just find it redundant.
>>61657155
Yeah, typing in those passwords is super secure in public.
