in my experiance sorta.
The difference I see is that with noscript everything still sorta works except some fag sites like forbes.
With umatrix however nothing works and everything is broken all the time and you have to select certain things through trial and error to get every site to load up every time you go anywhere different.
If you have the autism to deal with its bullshit, I think umatrix would be more secure, but Ill always be partial to noscript.
