If you dev for ios, yes.
If not, it's fun to play around with on the server.

If you want to do iOS or OS X development then yes. Otherwise no. I hope someday Swift takes off on Linux because it's a great language but I doubt it will.
Are there any autists working on Windows API-bindings for Swift?
Looking into swift there are some nice ideas such as final keyword and defaults.
I also find the getter, setter and subscript syntax very nice. Might check it out
