I like onenote... on my phone. My laptop has touch support but no stylus support, so I'm stuck to resorting to those shitty rubber dome styluses. If it had stylus support I'd use onenote outside my phone more.

I use .html files.
I like to add behaviors (like hide/show), links between pages, a main page (the root of the tree)... I'm accepting recommendations on note takings software that behaves like that.

I use OneNote because of the botnet commodity, but the Android version is inferior to the windows version so I kinda miss my windows phone.
