Doubt that APU is gonna do the job for payday desu. Get something with an i5 and a 1050 (or a 950/750ti). An SSD is always nice too. This will probably cost like 100-150 more though.

Not very likely no. A dual-core isn't gonna do a lot in gaming. If you build what I suggested yourself instead of it getting as a prebuilt, you can get it for roughly the same price I think.
