Any of you know about it?

HELP me /g/
How do I buy from taobao?
My needs: C2D cpu + DDR3 sodimm 2 x4gb + SSD to upgrade a thinkpad.
I found the cpu, but don't know how to order, also cheap ssd, and any other parts to pimp my thinkpad reccomedations welcome. I'm a poor tardo, so spoonfeed me please.
>>
>>61522751
Do they ship elsewhere but Spain?
>>
>>61522551

Any input is welcome.

Anything USB most likely, I use my headphones with one of the cheap somake USB sound cards, as soon as I plug it in, it takes over from the speakers. And it swaps right back to the speakers once I unplug it.

>>61522791
not sure why you're bothering with taobao when all of that can be found on aliexpress/ebay pretty easily for about the same cost
to buy from taobao you either need to get gud at chinese or use an agent
i think theres a couple agents listed on the wiki if not just search taobao agent and find one with low fee
you might be able to save even more money by buying a used non-chink brand ssd, they're rarely used anywhere near spec and usually have a lot of life left in them.
ram is stupid right now, my thinkpad came with 4gb and i had a spare 2gb stick laying around so im doing ok
ali and ebay both have sellers with laptop c2ds, just search whatever the name of your socket is (socket p if x200/t400/t500)

Well to realize my current audio setup I bought this fucker here.

It takes all my HDMI signals and has two audio outputs (digital and analog). My PS4 and my PC are connected to it and I can change channels on a whim.

You could then split the audio signal with a Y cable to headphones and speakers.

MODS:
The linked spreadsheet contains referral links. They are not mine. They are internal Gearbest codes to judge the effectiveness of their in-house shilling program as can be seen from the following:
https://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?2752211-Gearbest-Coupon-code-RC18off-18-off-for-whole-remote-control-toys

This is the super sekrit "internal system" referred to in pic related.

Shouldn't you be getting ready for your podcast?
>>
>>61525899
http://www.androidauthority.com/portable-power-bank-capacities-gary-explains-699550/

tl:dr
It's 20k mah at 3.7V, when you charge your phone it first gets converted to 5V and then ~4.2V, there's some power loss with both conversion so the actual capacity is around 2/3 of the stated capacity.

Without the capacitors the sound is really flat with no warmth or bass.

Unfortunately the somake usb cards got 'cost reduced' and the design changed to use cheaper internals.

My comfy chink memeboard. I bought o-rings and some blank caps for the RK61 I bought a few weeks back.

After having to live with it for a while, I have some pros and cons. I have done a lot of typing and a lot of gaming in the time that I've owned this board.

>Pros
Really good build quality. Doesn't feel anywhere near as cheap as it is.
Kailh blues are actually really nice and satisfying to type on. I might even like them more than Cherry blues.
Bluetooth works without issue.
It's a 60% board for $45.
Micro USB.
Standard sized keys.

>Cons
Stock keycaps look like shit.
Limited backlighting options.
Non-programmable.
Kailh blues may not be everyone's cup of tea.

Overall, I'd recommend it to anyone wanting to try out a 60% layout for an extended period of time without shelling out for something higher end or anyone that needed an extra KB to carry with them without too much worry about damaging it. It would also make a good board for testing the waters with modding.

10/10. Really fucking good for the investment.

All the fucking time. Some shit has been useful and I use it every day or at least a couple times a week. Other times I just buy it because it looks interesting and I want the high. It's like gambling but less expensive, and I actually get some useful shit.

I bought a hold lot of shit for my new still though, and that's likely to be used and a shitload, and will probably pay itself off really quick.

I wanted to tell them to go fuck themselves but turns out in May last year people can no longer clear their purchases from customs themselves. A fucking agent has to do it. So I'm paying some dumb fuck 22 Eu so that he'd do literally the same thing I used to do, but slower. AND THEN I have to pay Customs. AND THEN I have to pay the VAT.

Got a chinky plane this week, was pretty easy to assemble, although the carbon fiber rod running through the center was a bitch to fit. Didn't bother to apply the included decals since they're ugly and more work. Might paint it instead if I feel like it, was thinking red with two yellow stars on the wings would fit well. Haven't flown it yet, so can't comment on flight characteristics.

Are there any external steel frames for small hardware boards? I got a pcie extender with usb, hdmi and mpcie ports, it's a small board and when the cables are connected it's impossible to keep it steady, because the cables are heavier than the board itself and just keep lifting it up. I was thinking about getting one of those soap holders for showers but I wish there was something made specifically for this king of things.
Something similar to the frames used for raspberry pi clusters would be ideal, the they're too small otherwise I would have used them.

Tomo power bank arrived today.

First impressions are that it is fucking perfect. It takes up to 4 18650 batteries, each of which is independently monitored and charged as appropriate unlike the cheapo ones which add up the total voltage and divide by number of cells so you can't mix charged and empty batteries. It has one 2A output and one 1A, but can only put out 2A simultaneously. Battery cover is sturdy but simple to remove.

Any HAM radio operators here? I'm beginner, and interested in digital modes. Why I can not find digital mode interfaces from china shops? They copy and do all kinds of electronics and things for ham radio, but can not find any SignaLink copies or these. And now ordered some parts to try build my own.

Or, are digital modes forbidden in China? Or, is there some kind of word meaning digital interface in english, what i dont know, because not native english speaker. Or just so little amount of digital mode/packet radio users these days, or most use DIY interfaces.

Not for Chinese 18650s. Gearbest and Banggood both sell legit LG/Sony/Panasonic/Samsung ones but depending on your country the shipping may be prohibitively expensive.

Okay good people, so what is the disadvantage of building your own power bank instead of buying one?
>>
>>61538353
>it looks like a bomb
>not a fire hazard
>good luck taking it with you on a flight
>>
>>61538353
Generally bulkier and more expensive than a ready made one. My Tomo was £9, plus about £15 for the batteries, to get a c.12kmAh bank. You can probably find cheaper batteries though since you're only interested in kmAh for power bank purposes and not C rating as you are for mouth fedoras.

>>61538434
It won't look any different from many other power banks including the Xiaomeme to an X ray machine, since they're just 3-4 18650s in a plastic/metal shell as well.

There's something like a 10% chance to get one from Niederaula instead of Frankfurt. Obviously, that means Frankfurt is cuck tier, while Niederaula is reserved for only the most patrician of orders.
