In terms of spending where should i buy my parts [what would you suggest]
which processor do you suggest i buy ?
>getting z270 mobo for a Skylake CPU
what do you mean by that ?
should i skip out on the led fans and the liquid cooling system will do the job ?
what do you suggest for a fan instead of watercooling ?
thank you for the input

Oh boi... This is no time to buy GPUs, especially mid-end ones. If I were you I'd either wait a few months or get a cheap but capable used GPU then replace it when prices will have gone back to normal.
> Fully modular PSU
Why would you? You're just throwing money down the drain for a retarded meme. Save your money, just get a normal or a semi modular PSU.

If you're trying to build a PC that will last for more than 3-4 years LGA1151 isn't exactly the best choice: Intel will shit out some more chips for it but they won't be a sizeable upgrade and when the real upgrade will come it will be on a newer socket. Also, isn't $450 a bit too much?
dont get a western digital ssd.
replace 6700k with the 7700k if ur so adamant on going with Intel.
where's your case? are you sure the h115i will fit?
