I have an Aeron - it's good, but make sure to check Craigslist or whatever your country's equivalent is first. It's also worth buying the Atlast headrest if you like to lean back and the leather armpads.

Steelcase Leap is more affordable if that's too much for you. Gesture is good as well, but good luck finding it for cheap.

I don't live in London anymore (Back home in the states) so I know for a fact that some sellers buy broken Aerons and just repair them with 3rd party parts.

I would try to find a used genuine one, the they are around $350 here.

I have a retail one I bought like 10 years ago for $1500 fully loaded and it's been so much and still love it. Best thing I've ever bought.
