Dust your tower.
Funny enough, I did that just yesterday. And cleaned my entire room. And was listening to maps of meaning just a few hours ago. Fuck off I need some sleep
I don't have a tower

Has Peterson posting found its way /g/ now? Don't get me wrong, I like this guy as much as the next one, but please stop this spam.
Is static discharge a legitimate concern while using an air compressor or is it just a load of shit?

Well, for 17 years I didn't have problems with that. I don't know what else to tell you. But at some class I had to wear it sometimes because otherwise you get the awful looks.

I mean the anti static wristband btw.

I'll dust your tower you little fucking faggot
I use air cleaners. Therefore my tower's dust levels are within safe levels.
No amount of dusting will fix my overheating 280x, I don't know what to do. Maybe there's snakes there.

I'm not worried about touching components, I too never use a wristband, but apparently there is a risk of ionizing the air through the compressor risking an atmospheric discharge. I just don't know if it's a real applicable problem or if it's a theoretical issue.
If I cleaned my old computer no probs for 10 years using a hoover upright with drapery attachment, does that mean I'll fuck my new computer first try using 18 dollar a can compressed air while wearing a hazmat suit and leaving my cell phone outside in the mailbox.

Strangely enough, I also dusted my PC and cleaned my entire room yesterday.
