My VPN provider told me they use the same IP for years because they can scan better what's going on
Are they memeing me or the safest way is to a VPN provider change their server IP every day?

I'm not really fond of stalled torrents.
uTorrent 2.0.4 worked well for 100TB transferred, I think it will continue to do so for a while.
