thunderbird, but if I had a mac I'd probably use Mail.app. It can't be worse than Outlook. I also used KMail back when I was on KDE, and I really liked it.

KMail and thunderbird both had addon APIs, and I never had them crash from native addons. Outlook (when I last used it) did this frequently (although it might have been that the corporate AV addon was shit).

I've never felt the need to use an email client other than whatever standard web interface is provided. What's the point, other than being able to consolidate your shit?
