You can disable that from the settings menu. I'd recommend going through the whole thing, you can disable most of the botnet stuff from there.

Useless bloatware that does nothing at best and fucks up your system at worst if you don't know what you're doing (rule of thumb is if you're using any "cleaners" and "performance enhancers", you don't).
The only good part of it is the uninstaller, and there are far less bloated versions of it out there.
