Sup /g/ i got a little problem you might help me with,
im trying to use a shared printer, that is locally hooked up on another pc via usb.
Everyting seems to work fine, but whenever the computer is locked printjobs don't work until unlocked.
What am I missing?
Any ideas?

You're feeding the printer printjobs through the locked computer.
Locked computer won't do anything until unlocked.
Don't leave locked computer locked. Alternatively set up dedicated computer or Raspberry Pi or similar to handle the printer sharing, or get a proper network enabled printer.

You're using the wrong OS. Use Windows Server.

Ok lemme explain a little bit. The PC has a software installed that reads stuff from a handscanner thats plugged into a docking station hooked up to it. People you the scanner for Barcodes in
warehouse. After you put the scanner in the dock, the printer gives them a receipt. A guy is entering new shipments throughout the day. Now he got scared that people might mess with the system while hes not there (the warehouse is open 24h) So he started locking it.
