I found it lying around loose in my PC case when I was troubleshooting why it won't boot.

Definitely the master/slave selection jumper from your PATA HDD.
Froze my netbook for a good minute there trying to open that picture. I really should pay attention to dimensions of images posted here.

Sorry, had to post from my phone and didn't realize how big the image was.
The jumper was actually from the CMOS reset, like >>61460391 mentioned. I don't know when it came of, but after I put it back on, the PC booted fine.
