Which one should i get i need it so i can change out kv's on my xbox and i know that dosent really need special hardware but i would also like to be able to play gta5 at medium settings posting the other laptop below

Get the first one. The GPU is much better, and that's what counts.
Next time stick to /pcbg/. And don't expect these computers to last you few more years, at least not at this price point. You'd be better off saving some more money and buying a desktop PC.
